The details below are for the expedition spec - which basically puts a rear hatch/bulkhead in the back of the kayak.
The Perception Kiwi 3 is well known as a stable touring double kayak. The large open cockpit arrangement makes it easy to get in and out. The width and hull design offer excellent stability, and the Kiwi 3 will paddle in a straight line with ease, suiting both beginners, and those wanting to paddle longer distances.
The Perception Kiwi 3 is as comfortable as kayaking gets, with high back padded seats that move
to suit the leg space required by paddlers. The Kiwi 3 caters for 2 adults but has the option of a small child seat (see below) so that Mum, Dad and child can enjoy touring.
The Kiwi 3 can also be paddled solo by moving the front seat to the middle of the kayak.
