Dagger RPM Legend is exactly that. More RPM's on the water than anything else is a good recomendation. A great little kayak for novice and intermediate paddlers, used extensively for instructing and in the right hands a reliable river runner. The RPM has a fixed seat low angle thigh braces, backrest, adjustable footpegs and mini cell buoyancy pillars. Ideal for flat water paddling and training - white water up to grade 3 and surfing.
